Wedding Wishes For The Wedding Day Couple
By Jason Reed
Wedding wishes are for the wedding day couple. They
can be gifts, toasts, events, poems, greeting cards
and gift cards. If you know the wishes of the wedding
couple, then you will them a gift to meet their wishes.
You may know the couple need a new television set,
then you can purchase a new high definition television
set for the couple to use for the next few years. Every
time they sit down to watch tv, they will think of you.
Giving a gift they can use every day, will be a great
gift indeed. I know couples who have a garage full of
wedding gifts they will never use. They have ten toasters,
five sets of china plates, all manner of cooking utensils.
But no one has given them something unique, that no
one else will give them.
So this is why you need to find out from the couple,
what they really want as a gift. You can find out just
by talking to them. You do not have to ask them directly,
you can be discreet. If you are not sure what to give
them, then a wedding gift card may be a better idea
than giving them a toaster.
A Natural Romantic
When I was growing up, I had wedding day wishes almost
before I even knew what a wedding was. You see, I was
a natural romantic. I grew up on sword and sorcery book,
reading tales of knights and beautiful maidens, fearsome
monsters and wonderful victories over evil. Wedding
wishes were a natural part of this mentality. They were
the happy ever after that all of the books promised.
None of my wedding wish daydreams, however, told me
how complicated it was. Everyone knows that wedding
planning is a lot of work, And that people get crazy
around weddings, but with my friends and family it was
worse than usual. I run around with a pretty “out there”
group of people.

Most of them are very smart, but many of them are also
very crazy. They would forget to send out wedding greeting
cards until a few weeks before, forget to register for
their weddings, get involved in all sorts of pointless
drama before the big day, and even have near breakups
leading up to it! I had to talk no less than three couples
out of breaking up at the last minute, and that was
before I reach the age of 25!
Easy To Fall In Love
Needless to say, I had my work cut out for me trying
to achieve my own wedding wishes. I had met many wonderful
women over the years, but I still had not met the perfect
one. It wasn’t that I was particularly picky – just
the opposite. You see, it was easy for me to fall in
love. As a matter of fact, it was much too easy.
Every time I fell, I thought it was the one, and every
time I was wrong. Something would happen and, after
a few months of intense romance or a few years of contentment,
things would slowly start to dissolve. I assumed that
my wedding wishes would forever be frustrated. At best,
I would have a few long-term relationships before I
was too old to find dates.
Hopelessly In Love
I didn’t let my fatalism get me down, however. I kept
dating and, one day, I realized that I really was hopelessly
in love. It was different than all the other times,
and better. It wasn’t even a question of wedding wishes
anymore.
I didn’t want to get married, I wanted to get married
to Amy. That is when I knew that everything was perfect.
As a matter of fact, even planning the wedding was a
breeze.
I feel that she is the reward for my patience and finally
working it out the way I wanted them to. She is the
dream come true. We work in similar jobs, although for
different companies and in different locations. But
we find we really miss each other, so I am starting
my own business, to spend more time together.
Setting Up A New Business
She knows all about business management, so she can
help me run the business efficiently. I am more the
hands on artist and she will manage the books and keep
the business running effectively. She is currently in
a management role, but she has give the company one
month notice. This gives me one month to set everything
up, with her input.
In the meantime, we are planning for our wedding and
looking forward to receiving our wedding wishes.

More Romantic Wedding Facts....
I’m getting married, should I ask my wedding party to give a speech?
That is a tough question. It comes down to whether
or not you intend to micromanage everything in the wedding. Speeches,
much like toasts, should be voluntary. No one wants to be forced to give
a speech they do not truly mean.
Making someone give a speech is a step away from writing
the speech yourself and having them read it aloud. It
is better for everyone if the members of the wedding
party wish to do a speech because it means that they
truly believe in the words they are saying. It should
not be about a formality but instead a blessing on the
future of the bride and groom.
If you have a real fear that no one will give a speech,
you may want to evaluate who is in your wedding party.
The wedding party should consist of people who love
you and wish you the best. If no one in the party can
or will do that on their own, you wouldn’t want them
to be a part of your special day anyway.
The exception to this is if everyone suffers from severe
stage fright or agoraphobia. The chances of that are
pretty small.
